If you arrive in Sydney by Train…

Alight at Central Station. Look for the exit to the station marked "Eddy Avenue". Proceed to Eddy Avenue and catch a bus to UNSW. During weekdays, the fastest trip is on a UNI EXPRESS bus (X95 or 895). On a weekend, or outside peak hours, catch any regular Anzac Parade service (391, 393 or 395). All of these services stop directly outside the University Gate 1 on Anzac Parade.

Alternatively, taxis are available from Central Station to UNSW. The approximate cost is $15.

If you arrive in Sydney by Air…

The 400 bus travels between the airport and UNSW. From the airport, be sure to catch the 400 bus marked "Bondi Junction" and not the one marked "Burwood". The bus stops at both the international and domestic terminals. The approximate cost of a one-way ticket to UNSW is $5. Most of the buses which travel the 400 route are equipped to handle a limited amount of passenger baggage.

Alternatively, taxis are available from the airport to UNSW. The approximate cost is $20.

If you arrive in Sydney by Car…

UNSW is located in the suburb of Kensington, which is in Sydney's eastern suburbs. The easiest way to get to UNSW by car from the central part of the city is along Anzac Parade.
